<br /> This roof system as outlined, shall be eligible for a 20 year Warranty when installed by an authorized IB
<br /> contractor and IB details and specifications for extended warranties are utilized. Any details that deviate from
<br /> the spec manual must be approved by IB's technical department. If the referenced manufacturer's guidelines
<br /> and local codes or industry standards are in conflict, the more restrictive shall govern.
<br /> IB Roof System Specification: 60- W- M -LP -C (Concrete Substrate)
<br /> Specification: 60- W- M -LP -C shall utilize a 60 mil membrane and include the following.
<br /> IB 3.5 oz. min. polymeric non -woven (textile felt).
<br /> IB 60 mil membrane mechanically attached. ASTM D 4434 -96
<br /> > IB preformed flashings and clad edge metal.
<br /> Approvals:
<br /> 1. Underwriters Laboratories: (UL). UL class A rating up to a 2/12 slope.
<br /> 2. Factory Mutual: (FM). Consult Factory Mutual Approval Guide for compliance.
