<br /> This roof system as outlined, shall be eligible for a 15 year Warranty when installed by an authorized IB
<br /> contractor and IB details and specifications are utilized. Any details that deviate from the spec manual must
<br /> be approved by IB's technical department. If the referenced manufacturers guidelines and local codes or
<br /> industry standards are in conflict, the more restrictive shall govern.
<br /> IB Roof System Specification: 50- W- F- RI -F -C (Concrete Substrate)
<br /> Specification: 50- W- F- RI -F -C shall utilize a 50 mil membrane and include the following.
<br /> 4' X 8' Poly Iso insulation. ASTM C 1282
<br /> > Insulation bonded with IB Insulation Adhesive.
<br /> > IB 50 mil membrane. ASTM D 4434 -96
<br /> Membrane bonded with IB Bonding Adhesive.
<br /> ➢ IB preformed flashings and clad edge metal.
<br /> Approvals:
<br /> 1. Underwriters Laboratories: (UL). UL class A rating up to a 2/12 slope.
<br /> 2. Factory Mutual: (FM). Passed FM 1 -90 test.
