Paying for <br /> permit, contractor acknowledges complying with the following items below. <br /> Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's <br /> office. <br /> 1. Fire wall shall be constructed to the design listing submitted. <br /> 2. Additional emergency lights may be required based on needs once all <br /> shelving, furniture, etc... is installed. <br /> 3. Install emergency lighting in designated handicap restroom. <br /> 4. Ensure there are fire extinguishers located within 75' of travel distance. <br /> 5. Install panic hardware on all designated secondary exits. <br /> 6. Install smoke detectors (hardwire w/battery backup) in any storage related <br /> space. <br /> 7. Aisle ways between books shall be a minimum of 42 ". <br /> 8. Address front and rear of building. <br /> Inspection Required: <br /> 1. Screw inspect for firewall (each layer installed) and final. <br /> 2.
