Install a 30# felt underlayment system over existing shingle roof system to serve as a <br /> barrier between existing and new proposed metal roof system. <br /> 4. Install new metal drip edge to match color of new installed roof system. <br /> 5. Remove existing furnaces /chimneys below finish roof elevation. <br /> 6. Install a new complete Union Master Rib 29 -guage roofing system on main roof. <br /> Color: GALVALUME <br /> 7. Roof system includes: Union 5V crimp roof panels cut to length, ridge cap, rake trim, <br /> transition flashing metal, 6" T -style eave drip, and valley metal; all of matching material <br /> finish and color. <br /> 8.
