This project will be allowed to move forward with comments made below. Paying for permit, contractor acknowledges complying with the following items below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. Install emergency light in restroom. 2. Ensure exit lights at front and rear doors are battery backup and the rear has the emergency light with it. 3. Panic hardware or hotel latch required on rear exit. 4. Install hardwire smoke detector in file storage room. 5. File storage room can only have storage on the walls, nothing in the open floor area because this is an egress area.
