This • replaces the old Resolution #5$2-05. Under this resolution an annual•permit Was created • for those places that are considered a place of assembly. The Florida Fire Prevention Code defines an assembly as (1) an occupancy used for the gathering of ftfty (50) or more • persons for deliberation, worship, entertainment, eating, drinking amdsement, awaiting • transportation, or similar uses; ar (2) used as a special amusement building, regardless of • the occupant load. The fees for the assembly permit are $50.00.
