This project will be allowed to move forward with comments <br /> made below. Paying/receiving permit, contractor acknowledges complying with the <br /> following items below. <br /> Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's <br /> office. <br /> 1. A 48 hour notice shall be given prior to the removal of the tank (date and <br /> time). The removal shall be performed by a licensed pollutant storage tank <br /> contractor. <br /> 2. An inspector with Pasco County will be present for the tank removal. Copies <br /> of inspection reports shall be given to the Fire Marshal once project is <br /> complete. <br /> 3. Tanks and all related piping shall be removed in accordance to Rule 62- <br /> 761.800, FAC and NFPA 30. <br /> 4. An Environmental Closure report shall be forwarded to this office within 60 <br /> days of the tank removal. <br /> Inspection Required: <br /> 1. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
