This project will be allowed to move forward with comments made below. Paying/receiving permit, contractor acknowledges complying with the following items below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. A 48 hour notice shall be given prior to the removal of the tank (date and time). The removal shall be performed by a licensed pollutant storage tank contractor. 2. An inspector with Pasco County will be present for the tank removal. Copies of inspection reports shall be given to the Fire Marshal once project is complete. 3. Tanks and all related piping shall be removed in accordance to Rule 62- 761.800, FAC and NFPA 30. 4. An Environmental Closure report shall be forwarded to this office within 60 days of the tank removal. Inspection Required: 1. Completed by Pasco County copied to this office. 1 KE . In the event that further examination or site inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole expense to bring those areas in compliance.
