This project will be allowed to move forward with comments made below. <br /> Paying for permit, contractor acknowledges complying with the following items below. <br /> Next submittal shall be to scale or minimally show distances. Other information noted <br /> shall be: tank size and type, type of installation, separation distances, size line, any valves <br /> and what type (include cut sheet of valve) type of appliance gas goes to and amount of <br /> btu's for that appliance. Plan shall include an overall plot plan and then a close up floor <br /> plan of just that area. Without the above plan will not be approved. <br /> Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's <br /> office. <br /> 1. Installation shall be compliant with NFPA 58, 2008 edition. <br /> 2. Discharge from pressure relief device shall be 5' in any direction from sources <br /> of ignition, opening of direct vent appliances or mechanical intakes. <br /> 3. Cylinder shall be set on a firm foundation and not directly on the ground. The <br /> surround area shall be free from shrubs/bushes/etc.. <br /> 4. Tank shall be protected from being damaged. Install ballard protection. <br />
