Wheelblast (SPR- 02 -09) — Site Plan Review to add an additional structure to an <br /> existing manufacturing business located at 3951 Copeland Drive. <br /> The applicant, Mr. Mike Lynch, presented site plans showing the location of a proposed <br /> 20,000 square foot, 45 foot high steel and canvas building. The applicant described the <br /> nature of their business and their desire to construct a structure to protect their <br /> manufacturing process from the spring "love bugs ". <br /> The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> i. Verify proposed size (length, width and height) of structure and submit final site <br /> plans to Development Services. Provide at least two site plans for stamped <br /> approval; <br /> ii. Provide an up to date SWFWMD permit and/or letter from the engineer verifying <br /> that current proposed activities are permitted and/or will not require an additional <br /> permit; <br /> iii. Comply with the 2007 Building Code (including the 110 mph wind load); <br /> iv. Coordinate with fire Department (Keith Williams / Kerry Barnett); <br /> v. Coordinate with Utilities Department (David Henderson) regarding utilities / septic. <br /> The applicant is advised that City Sewer is available; <br /> vi. Landscape buffer w/ water supply needs to be brought up to code on site (western <br /> boundary, Tucker Road & Copeland Drive. Applicant to provide a landscape plan <br /> to Development Services; <br /> vii. Trina Sweet will coordinate with LPA for height compliance of proposed structure <br /> with City Airport zoning ordinance. <br /> 2. Saturday Nite Cruise — Special Event Application (Saturday April 25, 2009 & the <br /> fourth Saturday night of the week for one year). <br /> Main Street will host a car show on Saturday April 25, 2009 (4 pm to 9pm) and every <br /> fourth Saturday of the month for a period of one year. As with previous events the show <br /> will take place on 5 Avenue between 7 and 10 Street. Brenda Welcher, executive <br /> director of the Main Street program presented the application. At the last SPR meeting <br /> Mr. Spina asked Ms. Welcher to survey the businesses downtown. The ten businesses <br />
