Approved waste containers shall be provided In designated locations for the disposal <br /> of rags or waste impregnated with sprayed material. <br /> 7. Operation and maintenance procedures including maintaining spray equipment, air <br /> hoses, and fire protection equipment will be established prior to Initial operation of <br /> the canopy. <br /> 8. All personnel involved in the spraying application process shall be trained in potential <br /> safety and health hazards, operational, maintenance, and emergency procedures <br /> required, and importance of constant operator awareness. They also shall be <br /> Instructed In proper use, maintenance and storage of all emergency, safety or <br /> personal protective equipment required. All training shall be documented with name <br /> of person(s) attending training along with type of training and date. This information <br /> shall be provided to the Authority Having Jurisdiction prior to initial operation. <br /> 9. No smoking signs shall be posted at all spray areas and mixing locations. Signs shall <br /> state "NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES" in large letters on contrasting Dolor <br /> background, <br /> 10. No Hot Work of any kind is allowed within or adjacent to the canopy spray area <br /> without executing the Wheelblast Hot Work Permit process and authorized approval <br /> from the Authority Having Jurisdiction. <br /> 11. The canopy shall comply with NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, with respect to but not <br /> limited to exit numbers, marking, and door locking hardware. Exits travel will be <br /> limited to a maximum of seventy-five (75) feet, identified by self luminescent signs, <br /> and doors equipped with panic typed hardware if equipped with latches. The active <br /> use of the building will be limited to daytime activities and natural lighting will be <br /> available from translucent panels on the canopy when occupied negating the need <br /> for emergency lighting. <br /> 12. The canopy structural materials are non - combustible, the objects to be sprayed are <br /> non - combustible, and the insect protection products are fire retardant per NFPA 701, <br /> Standard Methods of Fire Tests for Flame Propagation of Textiles and Films. <br /> Fire protection shall be provided by 10 pound 4A:8013C portable fire extinguishers <br /> placed on 25' centers along the sides of the 200 foot canopy span. Additional fire <br /> extinguishers will be provided as needed. <br /> 13.
