Obtaining permit, the <br /> applicant acknowledges complying with the items listed below. The items listed below <br /> will replace those listed on the May 18, 2009 review. <br /> Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's <br /> office. <br /> 1. Secondary exit shall have panic hardware. <br /> 2. Install smoke detectors, hardwire with battery backup, at outside of restroom <br /> area, tele /data room, bank equipment room, atm room, and electric room. <br /> These smokes shall be tied together. <br /> 3. Place signage on door of electrical room stating "NO STORAGE ". <br /> 4. Extinguishers shall be within 75' of travel distance. Install additional fire <br /> extinguisher on opposite side of room. <br /> 5. Address on main door (6" in height). <br /> 6. Any HVAC 2000 cfm's or greater shall have duct detectors with key reset. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Final <br /> KE ' ' BARNETT, FIRE MARSHAL <br /> ** *Please be advised this review of plans submitted is a cursory review to assist the contractor in <br /> compliance with applicable fire safety codes. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
