Certified fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with NFPA 10. <br /> Extinguishers shall be located in front and rear of unit. <br /> 2. Employees are required to have training on the use of fire extinguishers. <br /> Zephyrhills Fire Rescue may be contacted for the training. <br /> 3. Firewalls shall be maintained on each side of the unit. Any penetrations to the <br /> walI(s) shall be properly sealed. <br /> 4. Unit shall be addressed both in front and rear. <br /> 5. The secondary egress consists of two doors. One of the doors shall have either <br /> a hotel latch or panic hardware. <br /> 6. Install emergency light in restroom, if not one present. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
