Paying for the permit, the applicant <br /> acknowledges complying with the items listed below. <br /> Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's <br /> office. <br /> 1. This has been reviewed in conjunction with City Ordinance # 652 as a camp <br /> fire. Camp fire is a fire when piled or stacked shall not exceed 27 cubic feet <br /> (3' X 3' X 3'). <br /> 2. Camp fire shall be located 25' from tents, motor home, pull behinds, etc... <br /> 3. Prior to starting the fire, Fire Dispatch shall be notified at 813 - 780 -0050. <br /> Applicant shall advise Dispatch of the permit number and location of the fire. <br /> 4. A source of water shall be located close to the camp fire site for <br /> extinguishment. <br /> 5. The area where the camp fire is located, the ground shall be scraped and <br /> blocks placed around fire to provide containment and limit spread. <br /> 6. Dispatch shall be contacted when fire is extinguished. <br /> 7. Applicant shall ensure fire is extinguished prior to leaving the site or going to <br /> bed. <br /> �� <br /> KE " Y c" TT, FIRE MARSHAL <br /> ***Please be advised this review of plans submitted is a cursory review to assist the contractor in <br /> compliance with applicable fire safety codes. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
