The insignia issued by the State verifies the plans have <br /> been reviewed and the buildings inspected for compliance by the State and determined to comply <br /> with applicable codes. <br /> The State of Florida maintains a set of sealed plans reviewed and approved by a Florida licensed <br /> Modular Plans Reviewer and inspection reports conducted at the manufacturing facility by <br /> Florida licensed Modular Inspectors.
