In reviewing the ROW permit application, condition #12 indicates that a bond may be required for an unspecified amount. Would the City require a bond for installation of a single monitor well within the ROW and if so what would the bond amount be? John K. I checked & did not see any listing for Shaw at all in our contractor program. I'll be more than glad to fax you our contractor registration requirements — we have no application form- we just enter all information when we receive it from you as the contractor.
