Application for Special Event for Future Fest sponsored by God's Vision for Life <br /> Ministry at Zephyr Park on September 19 9:00 am to 5:00 pm: <br /> This item was approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> • The applicant shall provide a certificate of insurance. <br /> 2. Request to vacate two Fire Lanes at Meadowood Subdivision: <br /> It has been confirmed that the vacation of the fire lanes would not create an access <br /> problem for underground utilities. Public works will prepare the documents necessary to <br /> legally vacate the proposed section of roadway. Planning will check to see if this <br /> application requires Planning Commission and /or City Council approval. <br /> The vacation and abandonment was approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> • The applicant shall work with the city to come up with an <br /> acceptable way to inhibit vehicular traffic from using the fire <br /> lanes (i.e. bollards, or a fence). <br /> 3. Revised Site Plan for OLDCASTLE Coastal (used to be Matt Stone) located on 20 <br /> Street. <br /> The item was approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> • The applicant shall maintain adequate access (per fire <br /> department) <br /> • The applicant shall demonstrate that they are not violating FAA <br /> height restrictions. <br /> • The applicant shall not exceed a maximum 75 decibels <br /> continuous noise /(85 db spike). <br /> • The enclosure intended to mitigate noise shall be completed prior <br /> to operation of the "mixer ". <br />
