The specific work to be performed for construction of the <br /> Building under this Agreement of: <br /> • Window Manufacturer Installation Instructions and Technical Information <br /> • Remove and Haul Away Existing 2'8" Interior Wood Door Between Kitchen <br /> and Garage and Install New Pre -hung 2'8" 6 -Panel Steel Door with New <br /> Lockset and Deadbolt and New Door Casing on Both Sides. Note: Customer <br /> to Paint New Door and Trim <br /> • Remove and Haul Away (5) #23 and (1) Double #24 Mill Finish Existing <br /> Alum Windows and Install (5) #23 and (1) Double #24 White Single Hung <br /> 1/1 Alum. Flange with Double Pain Impact Glass New Windows. <br /> • Final Grade and Trash Cleanup Related to This Contract Only <br /> • All Structural Components Determined by Engineer of Record <br /> • NOTE: PAINT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. <br /> And all shall be constructed in accordance with the Building's specifications, drawings, <br /> and to construction standards as referenced in the NAHB's Residential Construction <br /> Performance Guidelines, 2nd Ed., as reasonably inferable. <br /> 3. Terms of Agreement. The customer shall pay the Contractor the sum of Four <br /> Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and No 00 /100 Dollars ($4,650.00) for the work to be <br /> performed under this Agreement, subject to additions and deductions as agreed to by both <br /> parties. Unless otherwise specifically indicated in the Scope of Work, the Contract Price <br /> does not include costs of : (a) any governmental permits or fees, special permits, <br /> permitting service fee, surveys, engineered site or drainage plans, tests, landscape /tree <br /> permits or barricading requirements, or termite treatments (as required by Building <br /> Department); (b) electrical, mechanical, plumbing work, or connections to utilities, (c) <br /> any interior or exterior painting or floor covering; or (d) demolition, initial site <br /> preparation, dirtwork, fill, compaction tests, removal of obstacles, backfilling, or <br /> landscaping requirements. Any advance payments made by Contractor on Customer's <br /> behalf, for the items listed in Subsections (a) through (d), will be billed separately. If <br /> Contractor Determines that the services of a concrete pumper and concrete pumpmix <br /> material must be used for the concrete flatwork (slab) because of the inability of redimix <br /> trucks to access the Building site or due to the size of the slab, a fee of $750.00 will be <br /> charged for the additional service and material expenses. If Customer desires the slab to <br /> be "saw- cut," a minimum charge of $350.00 (for up to 200 linear of cuts) will apply. If <br /> Customer provides own site preparation and it is found to be out of grade at time of <br /> forming footer /slab, a call -back fee of $400.00 will be charged. If Customer moves <br /> location of building after slab formwork has begun, a fee of $800.00 will be charged.
