If the Owner or ntractor has any doubt about the location <br /> •of the property lines, Owner shall provide Contractb with boundary stakes through a licensed <br /> surveyor. In addition, Owner shall provide Contracto ocumentation that Owner has title to the <br /> Work Site and shall provide Contractor copies of an :' ovenants, conditions, or restrictions that <br /> affect the Work Site.. Customer agrees that they ve.. also obtained permission from their <br /> 'homeowners association and holds harmless the contr 'tor from any and all disputes arising from <br /> , ,approval from the HOA. <br /> 7.
