Should the installation of the signs contained in the Sign Plan require a penetration of the roof membrane, <br /> Tenant will be required to use Landlord's roof contractor and Tenant must abide by the roof warranty so as not to cause <br /> the roof warranty to be voided or terminated, same applies to penetrating the EIFS sign band. Tenant's sign installer <br /> shall request the contact information for the Landlord's subcontractor by calling me at (305) 692 -9992. Also, if and to <br /> the extent any applicable law, ordinance, code or governmental regulation shall limit the size of signs permitted in the <br /> Center (the aggregate permitted size of all signs permitted in the Center being herewith called the "Permitted Size "), all <br /> sign(s) shown on the Sign Plans shall be Limited and or reduced in aggregate size to the product derived by multiplying <br /> the Permitted Size by the Regulatory Fraction.
