Please note that this review does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By receiving permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. A pressurized water extinguisher or garden hose shall be at the site. 2. The base of the fire shall be scraped free of all grass or a base of dirt shall be placed that covers the diameter of the burn (30" x 30 "). 3. Contact dispatch at time of fire and once it is completed. The contact number is 813- 780 -0050. 4. Set backs are ok at this site due to the size and type of burn it is. Inspections Required: 1.
