<br /> 2. Re -nail deck according to code
<br /> 3. Dry-in pitched roofs with #30 felt paper
<br /> 4. Install new 5" drip edge around perimeter of roof Color: white
<br /> 5. Install all new lead boots
<br /> 6. Install wire mesh at top of all lead boots
<br /> 7. Install all new general roof vents (exhaust vents)
<br /> 8. Install new 30 year fungus resistant shingles
<br /> 9. Brand: GAF/Elk (Timberline Prestique Series) Color: Slate
<br /> 10. Install 80' of new aluminum ridge vents Color: Grey
<br /> 11. Remove existing glass skylights, clean flashing and re- install skylights
<br /> 12. All roof related debris removed from job site
<br /> 13. All materials, labor, and permits furnished
<br /> 14. Provide 5 year labor warranty
<br /> Additional Notes: All warranty related service calls are free for the duration of the warranty period. Ryman Roofing, Inc. hereby
<br /> agrees to provide (1) free non - warranty related service call per address as listed above if needed. All non warranty related service calls
<br /> (excluding the (1) free service per address) are subject to an hourly service fee charge of $55.00 per man hour plus material cost with a
<br /> minimum (I) hour charge. A free estimate will be given to all non - warranty related repairs if applicable.
<br /> Additional Items: Bad '/z" plywood /OSB will be replaced at a cost of $1.25 sq. ft. in the roof field. All other wood work /additional

<br /> violent storm or casualty damage to roofs due to settlement, distortion, failure or cracking of roof deck, walls or foundation of a

<br /> 4. Workmen's compensation and public liability insurance on above work to be taken out by RYMAN ROOFING or its sub-

<br /> 5. RYMAN ROOFING, INC. is not responsible to provide any materials or to perform any work other than what is described above.
<br /> Replacement of deteriorated decking, fascia board or any other additional materials/labor that maybe needed and is not described
<br /> above will be charge as an extra unless otherwise stated herein.
<br /> 6. This contract is subject to final approval by RYMAN ROOFING, INC. and is the entire agreement of the parties and no other
<br /> written or other forms will be recognized.
<br /> 7. A charge of 1 .5% will be made on all unpaid balances after 30 days plus attomey's fees.
<br /> 8. A 4% processing fee will be added to all credit card orders.
<br /> This proposal may be withdrawn by Ryman Roofing if not accepted in (30) Days * Prices subject to change without notice unless
