Please note that this review does not <br /> eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By receiving <br /> permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should anyone <br /> have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Ensure outside panels are addressed to reflect the unit space. <br /> 2. Plans shall be submitted for the fire sprinkler modification and a permit will <br /> be required. <br /> 3. Fire alarm contractor will ensure the pull station and duct detectors are <br /> programmed to that unit address both on the panel and with monitoring. <br /> 4. Ensure address is on front and rear doors. <br /> 5. Add emergency light in restroom. <br /> 6. A key will be required for the space at final to be placed in Knox Box in <br /> front of unit. <br /> 7. Two certified fire extinguishers will be required in this space. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
