Please note that this <br /> review does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving <br /> forward. By receiving permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed <br /> below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire <br /> Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Occupant load will be 20 sq ft per person (net). <br /> 2. Install a certified fire extinguisher in each portable. <br /> 3. Install one hardwire smoke detector with battery backup in each portable. <br /> 4. Install an emergency light in restroom of each portable and ensure there is at <br /> least one emergency light in the main space of each portable. <br /> 5. Ensure there is an exit light with battery backup above each exit door of each <br /> portable. <br /> 6. Notify Building and Fire Department for construction of covered roof for <br /> walkway when it is to be completed. Permit may be required by Building <br /> Official. <br /> 7. Building Official is responsible to ensure all electric is code compliant. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
