There <br /> have been no fees applied at this time. Should anyone have any questions, please do not <br /> hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Contractor shall ensure alarm system, specifically monitoring, complies with <br /> NFPA 72, Chapter 8.5.4. <br /> 2. Contractor shall provide a disaster recovery plan to address individual <br /> customer outages and network power restoration procedures. (69A- 48.008) <br /> 3. Contractor shall demonstrate that the network is a MFVN as described by the <br /> rule by submitting to this office an attestation that the company's network <br /> meets the criteria in paragraphs (a) through (f) of item #3 in 69A- 48.008 <br /> 4. At this time there is concern that the battery will provide 8 hours of <br /> continued uninterrupted voice service availability to the attached alarm <br /> system. <br /> 5. Strobes shall remain on when system is silenced. <br /> 6. A zone map will be provided at the panel. <br /> 7. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
