Please note that this review does not <br /> eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By receiving <br /> permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should anyone <br /> have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Fire alarm and fire sprinkler contractors shall submit plans in accordance to their <br /> respective codes and standards (NFPA 72 or NFPA 13) to obtain permit to <br /> perform installation and/or modification. <br /> 2. At final, a key shall be provided for the Knox Box located near main entrance. <br /> 3. Ensure address is located at both front and rear doors. <br /> 4. Install emergency light in restroom(s). <br /> 5. Ensure electrical panel outside is addressed to this tenant. <br /> 6. Ensure penetrations are completed in accordance to this plan. <br /> 7. If cubicles will be installed, a direct path for egress shall be maintained and at a <br /> width of 44 ". <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
