By paying for permit contractor acknowledges to comply with the items below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. Prior to the hood suppression being installed, there have been no plans submitted for the hood/duct installation. Suppression system shall not be installed until hood/duct has been approved. 2. Prior to the hood suppression system being installed, there have been no plans submitted for the installation of gas into the building. Appliances shown with the building designate the appliances as gas. Suppression system shall not be installed until gas installation has been approved. 3. Install Class K fire extinguisher. 4. Install all appropriate placarding associated with extinguisher and manual pull. Inspection Required 1. Acceptance Test i KERRY - 1 1. 4 1 VETT, FIRE MARSHAL ** *Please be advised this review of plans submitted is a cursory review to assist the contractor in compliance with applicable fire safety codes. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances.
