By paying for permit contractor <br /> acknowledges to comply with the items below. Should anyone have any questions, <br /> please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Prior to the hood suppression being installed, there have been no plans <br /> submitted for the hood/duct installation. Suppression system shall not be <br /> installed until hood/duct has been approved. <br /> 2. Prior to the hood suppression system being installed, there have been no <br /> plans submitted for the installation of gas into the building. Appliances <br /> shown with the building designate the appliances as gas. Suppression system <br /> shall not be installed until gas installation has been approved. <br /> 3. Install Class K fire extinguisher. <br /> 4. Install all appropriate placarding associated with extinguisher and manual <br /> pull. <br /> Inspection Required <br /> 1. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
