Please note <br /> that this review does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues <br /> moving forward. By receiving permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items <br /> listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire <br /> Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Firewalls will be required to be looked at prior to any drywall being reinstalled to <br /> verify no additional penetrations have been made and if so sealed in accordance to <br /> the code to maintain the fire rating. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
