It appears the Bank/Owner is <br /> probably going to pursue the option to demo unpermitted work back to the original state. In order to do this, my plan was <br /> to do the following work: <br /> 1. Detached Garage - Demo existing hung drywall and demo electrical installed. Remove and replace stairway up to loft <br /> area, if possible. <br /> 2. Build out of Screen Porch - Demo existing drywall and walls, electrical, etc... in order to get it back to a screened <br /> porch. <br /> 3.
