Information only, corridor does not have to be rated per <br /> NFPA 101, Chapter 38, Section 38.3.6.1 (2) because this building is a single <br /> occupant. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Fire rated corridors shall be inspected (each layer -screw inspect) should the rated <br /> corridor remain. Drop ceiling will also have to be inspected. Fees will be applied <br /> separately. <br /> 2.
