Obtaining permit, the applicant acknowledges <br /> complying with the items listed below. <br /> Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's <br /> office. <br /> 1. Build -out shall be compliant with all applicable NFPA codes and standards. <br /> 2. Build -out will require separate plans by contractors to obtain permits for <br /> hood/duct installation, hood suppression installation, gas installation, fire <br /> sprinkler installation/modification and fire alarm addition. <br /> 3. Hood suppression shall be tied into fire alarm system and zoned as such. <br /> 4. Test and Balance will be required oh kitchen hood. <br /> 5. Add emergency light in restroom if not there already. <br /> 6. Install CO detector due to installation of gas in the building. <br /> 7. Cut sheets for non combustible ceiling tiles will be required at time of final <br /> build -out inspection. <br /> 8. Address front and rear doors. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Final <br /> 2. Other inspections required will be listed on submittals by other contractors. <br /> KE ARNETT, FIRE MARSHAL <br /> ***Please be advised this review of plans submitted is a cursory review to assist the contractor in <br /> compliance with applicable fire safety codes. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the =tractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
