Obtaining permit, the applicant acknowledges <br /> complying with the items listed below. The items listed below will replace those listed <br /> on the May 18, 2009 review. <br /> Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's <br /> office. <br /> 1. Separate plans will be required for permit on hood/duct, hood suppression, gas <br /> (if applicable), and fire alarm (if applicable). <br /> 2. Class K fire extinguisher will be required in kitchen. <br /> 3. Add emergency lighting in bathroom corridor or change out exit lights to <br /> combination units. <br /> 4. Add smoke detector outside restrooms in corridor — hard wire w/battery <br /> backup or tied into building fire alarm, if applicable. Also add smoke detector <br /> in mechanical room. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> I. Final <br /> 2. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
