This single family dwelling is 2007 Florida Building Residential Code type construction <br />requirements. Construction shall comply with local County and state agencies. <br />2. All openings around walls, partitions, pipes, ducts, conduits etc., shall be sealed fully <br />and sound proofed with sealants of type for application. <br />3. Painting., All surfaces shall be properly prepared and cured to manufacturer's <br />instruction prior to painting. Paint shall be "first line" produced by PORTER, SHERWIN <br />WILLIAMS, or equal with colors selected by the owner. All painted surfaces <br />shall be painted with materials appropriate for the application in a workmanship manner <br />to the paint manufacturer's instruction. <br />4. Caulk all exposed joints.
