Please note that this review <br /> does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By <br /> receiving permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should <br /> anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. This building has a fire sprinkler system. The fire sprinkler system will have <br /> to be added into this office. Fire sprinkler plans will need to be submitted to <br /> obtain a permit to conduct this work. <br /> 2. Fire alarm system will also have to be modified. Occupant shall be able to <br /> hear the fire alarm system from inside office under normal working <br /> conditions (minimum 15 dbs above normal). Fire alarm plans will need to be <br /> submitted to obtain a permit to conduct this work. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Final <br /> 2. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
