Please note that this review <br /> does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By <br /> receiving permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should <br /> anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Installation shall be in accordance to NFPA 13, latest edition. <br /> 2. Underground shall be flushed and witnessed by Fire Marshal. <br /> 3. Underground shall have thrust blocking. <br /> 4. Tampers are required on double backflow preventor. <br /> 5. 5" Storz shall be a 30 degree turn down, drawing shows it straight. <br /> 6. An FDC sign shall be mounted on a post by FDC. Lettering shall be 6" red <br /> reflective letters on white background. <br /> 7. Cut sheets /details /spec sheets required on double backflow, underground <br /> pipe and connections, valves, tampers, sprinkler heads, etc.. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance.
