Please note that this review does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By receiving permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. Total head count is 149 (miss counted brass sidewall — total of 9) 2. Need hangar detail (contractor will fax) 3. Install sprinkler box with spare heads at riser. 4. Install FDC sign at 5" storz. Sign shall have 6 "red reflective letters on white background. Inspections Required: 1. Flush on underground. 2. Pressure test on underground. 3. Pressure test on system. 4. Final KE':r B . In the event that further examination or site inspection reveals areas of non- compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole expense to bring those areas in compliance.
