Please note that this review <br /> dots not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By <br /> receiving permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should <br /> anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Installation shall be in accordance to NFPA 72, latest edition. <br /> 2. Copy of UL Certificate for central monitoring shall be presented to FM at <br /> acceptance test. <br /> 3. Zone map shall be located at panel. <br /> 4. Alarm log shall be located at panel. <br /> 5. Breaker shall be locked off in the "on" position. Panel shall be labeled to <br /> where that breaker is located. <br /> 6. Batteries shall be dated. <br /> 7. Telephone jacks shall be labeled. <br /> 8. Knox box required. Application provided. <br /> 9. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance.
