Please note that this review does not <br /> eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By receiving <br /> Wit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should anyone <br /> have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Penetrations in fire wall shall be completed to a listed UL design. <br /> 2. No storage is allowed with 18" of sprinlder heads. <br /> 3. Egress shall be maintained at all times. <br /> 4. Gate shall remain open as noted on plans. <br /> 5. If fire sprinlder system has to be changed because of obstructions, plans will <br /> need to be submitted to obtain a permit. <br /> 6. If fire alarm system changes, plans will have to be submitted to obtain a <br /> permit. <br /> 7. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance.
