E A <br /> BUILDERS <br /> 4. General Conditions <br /> a. PAYMENT INVOICES: <br /> The • : ent ter for this project are as follow: <br /> 20% • Sing up <br /> 40% . FEE SCHEDULE: If this contract is not executed by CEA BUILDERS CORP And the CLIENT within <br /> 30 days of the date noted on page one, the fees quoted in this contract are subject to renegotiating. <br /> The time frame of the aforementioned and contracted work will be ( ) weeks starting one <br /> day after the issue of necessary city or county permits. This time frame can be extended by a <br /> commun agreement of parties. A late fee of $150,.00 weekly, will be charge to CEA BUILDERS <br /> CORP. if the work suffer a delay over the frame time of ( ) weeks for reasons which are of <br /> the solely constractors responsibility. <br /> c. REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES: Expenses incurred for travel, mileage, toll, telephone calls, printing, <br /> reproduction, delivery, postage and express mailing costs and all other identifiable direct expenses <br /> per the attached direct reimbursable guideline sheet will be include on the construction cost. <br /> d. TERMINATION: The obligation to provide further services under this AGREEMENT may be <br /> terminated by either party upon seven (7) days written notice, in the event of substantial failure by <br /> the other party to perform in accordance with the terms hereof through no fault of the terminating <br /> party. In the event this AGREEMENT is terminated prior to completion, CEA BUILDERS CORP <br /> shall be entitled to payment for services performed as of the date of termination, plus reimbursable <br /> expenses. <br /> e. CLIENT FURNISHED INFORMATION: CLIENT'S Responsibilities: The CLIENT shall furnish <br /> information surveys describing physical characteristics, legal limitations, utility locations and a written <br /> legal description of the site and services for engineering, structural and mechanical, inspections and <br /> reports required by the law to CEA BUILDERS CORP before signing this agreement. <br /> f. OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS: All original sketches, tracings, drawings, computations, details, <br /> design calculations, and other documents and plans prepared pursuant to this AGREEMENT are <br /> and remain the property of CEA BUILDERS CORP as instruments of service. Their use on other <br /> projects or this project must be approved in writing by CEA BUILDERS CORP Reproducible copies <br /> of all documents shall be made available to the CLIENT as requested by the CLIENT. <br /> g. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Any changes to the attached Scope of Services initiated by the CLIENT <br /> shall be considered additional services. These services will be paid for in addition to the <br /> compensation for basic service and will either be billed at an hourly rate or negotiated as a lump sum <br /> CEA BUILDERS CORP <br />
