Greater than 90 sq ft the set- <br /> back is 10' <br /> 4) Only 2 accessory buildings per parcel. <br /> 5) Sheds shall not be rented or inhabited. <br /> 6) Must meet and follow all conditions of ordinance:780 -01 <br /> 7) Not to exceed 16' in height at peak. <br /> 8) No other work shall be permitted (framing, plumbing, electrical and mechanical) unless <br /> otherwise specified. <br />
