Please note that this review <br /> does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By <br /> receiving permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should <br /> anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Modification/installation shall be compliant to NFPA 13, 2002 edition. <br /> 2. The riser has a 5" storz connection not a double 2 'A" FDC. <br /> 3. Any penetrations made to a rated wall ensure it has been sealed in <br /> accordance to the submitted plans. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Pressure Test (normal pressure unless it can be isolated) <br /> 2. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
