Comments have been noted below <br /> to so a revision can be submitted so the project can move forward. Should anyone have <br /> any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. There has been <br /> no fees assessed at this time and fees will be assessed upon an approved review. <br /> 1. A floor plan is needed to show overall layout of the system and where the <br /> heads are being relocated and /or added. <br /> 2. A letter will be required from the contractor that by adding a head it will not <br /> change the overall calculations. <br /> 3. A copy of the contractor's license is required to show they are certified to <br /> perform this work. <br /> 4. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their solo <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
