Please note <br /> that this review does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues <br /> moving forward. By receiving permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items <br /> listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire <br /> Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Add emergency light in conference room. <br /> 2. A strobe for the fire alarm system will need to be added to the restroom and <br /> conference room. Plans will need to be submitted by fire alarm contractor to <br /> obtain a permit to complete the work. <br /> 3. Ensure all penetrations are sealed in accordance to a listed method to <br /> maintain fire rating. <br /> 4. Double doors shall swing out because it is a designated exit. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Firewall Inspection (prior to final to ensure there are no penetrations) <br /> 2. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
