I told him that there is a 5 foot set -back from the property line <br /> and a 20 foot set -back from the corner marker. He told me that he was 100% sure that it was and asked if he could pour. <br /> I told him that was his choice but I would need a marker or survey afterwards to check everything. I also informed him <br /> that if he did pour and it was wrong that it would still have to be moved and corrected.
