Request for a final development plan revision (10 -10 PUD) submitted for Eiland <br /> Park Townhomes (f.k.a. Chase Lane) located on Massey Road. <br /> This item was approved per the following conditions /discussion points: <br /> • Clarify existing vs. proposed on site plan (Area A/Area B) — appears <br /> to be clear on improvement plans but a bit unclear on site plan? <br /> • Discuss roof material consistent with existing material. Discuss rear <br /> elevation level of architectural articulation. <br /> • Clarify driveway lengths <br /> • Will the owner remain the same? <br /> • Coordinate /communicate with the City any changes required on the <br /> DCR's <br /> • Note 11.11.05.01 (par 11&12), 11.02.05.02 of the LDC (insure that <br /> all requirements are met) <br /> • Meet all standard conditions (landscape architect and engineer <br /> certification at completion). <br /> 4. Improvement Plan (10 -11 IMP) submittal for "Area B" Phase of Eiland Park <br /> Townhomes (f.k.a. Chasey Lane) Located on Massey Road. <br /> This item was approved as submitted. <br /> 5. Site Plan Review for Zephyr Haven Nursing Home request for proposed fencing <br /> located at 38250 "A" Avenue. <br /> This item was approved per the following conditions /discussion points: <br /> • It was determined that the proposed fencing will not be in the <br /> right -a -way <br />
