Reasons for the rejection are listed below.
No fee has been assessed at this time and those fees will be assessed at the time of the
revision. An additional fee will be assessed for completing work at the site without having
an approved permit. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the
Fire Marshal's office.
1. Plans submitted appear to either be drawn wrong or dimensioned wrong. Room sizes
appear to be different on plan than what is actually there. It also appears an office has
been missed. There are doors that have been added within the last 2 days that were in
existing areas not shown on the plans. (contractor may need to meet fire marshal at
site to understand)
2. Separate plans will be required to be submitted for the fire sprinkler modification to
obtain a permit. Plans, cut sheets, details, etc... will need to be submitted.
3. If the fire alarm system is to be modified so that audible and visible devices are
properly heard and seen, separate plans will be required to obtain a permit.
/if
Anvata
KERRY B -• ' E f , FIRE MARSHAL
** *Please be advised this review of plans submitted is a cursory review to assist the contractor in
compliance with applicable fire safety codes.
