Please note that this review does not eliminate any <br /> further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By paying for permit, <br /> contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should anyone have any <br /> questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Plans shall be submitted for changes to the fire alarm and fire sprinkler system by the <br /> installing contractors in order to obtain permit to complete the job. <br /> 2. Install emergency light in restrooms. <br /> 3. Ensure duct detector is hooked up and working properly. Ensure all appliances <br /> associated with the fire alarm are addressed to the panel properly. <br /> 4. A key will be required at final to install in the Knox Box at the front of the building. <br /> 5. Ensure all penetrations to the rated walls are done in accordance to the plans <br /> submitted. <br /> 6. Ensure address is located at the front and rear door. <br /> 7. Ensure the electric panel outside is addressed to unit. <br /> 8. Weld rear door closed not being used. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
