Please note that this review does not eliminate any further requirements as the project continues moving forward. By paying for permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. 1. FDC sign shall be located at FDC. Sign shall state "FDC" in 6" red reflective letters on white background and shall also state the address served. 2. FDC connection shall be a 5" 30 degree turndown storz connection. Replace the 2 — 2 1 /2 connection. 3. Tampers shall be installed on double backflow, if not already that way. 4. Properly tag system once completed. 5. Ensure remaining system in adjacent section remains operational. Inspections Required: 1. 2 Hr Pressure Test 2. In the event that further examination or site inspection reveals areas of non - compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances.
