Plan Review <br /> Modular Home Set -ups and Aluminum Packages <br /> 1) All property markers shall be exposed and clearly marked at time of first <br /> inspection. <br /> 2) All set -backs shall be met. <br /> 3) All garages shall comply with section 309.2 ( Fire separation ). <br /> 4) Access shall be made available at time of inspection. <br /> 5)Manufacture specification manual, approved plans and permit shall be available <br /> at time of inspection. <br /> 6)No electric, plumbing, mechanical or framing is to be covered without <br /> inspection and approval first. <br /> 7)R.O.W. Use permit required for driveways on public streets. <br /> 8) At least 10' separation between other units in unplatted locations. <br /> 9) All work shall comply with the 2007 F.B.0 and the 2008 N.E.C. <br /> 10) Clean -outs shall be installed per code. <br /> R.O.
