By paying for permit contractor acknowledges to comply <br /> with the items below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the <br /> Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Separate plans with cut sheets, details, calcs, etc...will be required for the following <br /> installations/modifications to obtain a permits: ���� I � �, 7 3 y <br /> • Fire Sprinkler System � I(v o L <br /> • Fire Alarm System <br /> • Gas Installation <br /> • Hood/Duct Installation ' <br /> • Hood Suppression Installation ✓� r � y � <br /> 2. Ensure when plans come in for fire sprinkler system that the cooler and mezzanine is <br /> properly covered. <br /> 3. Ensure when hood/duct plans are submitted that a grease cup is installed on fan. <br /> 4. The grease drain from the roof top to the collection site in the kitchen needs to have <br /> paperwork submitted showing it is compliant to NFPA 96 when the hood/duct plans are <br /> turned in for review. <br /> 5. No storage will be allowed within 3 feet of electric panels. <br /> 6. Install emergency lights in restrooms. <br /> 7. Ensure electric meter/panel at rear of building is addressed. <br /> 8. Occupant load is set at 92. That will be the limit. An assembly permit will need to be <br /> obtained prior to opening to public. This can be obtained from the Building Dept. <br /> 9. A key will be required for the Knox Box System in place near the front of the building. <br /> 10. The rear door that will be unusable shall be placarded as such. It shall be sealed shut (tack <br /> welded) so it cannot be open. <br /> 11. Any penetrations to the fire rated wall shall be sealed with an approved UL listing. <br />
