<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILJTIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersipned understands
<br /> ihat Transportation Impact Fees and Reoourse Recovery Fees may appy to the construction of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing buiklings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasoo CouMy Ordinance number 89-07 and
